CHARDONNAY
Fermentation for 15 days. Aging sediment of fermentation
to augment its volume on the palate. Pale yellow colour,
with floral aromas (jasmine) on a background of fresh
fruit (apricot, grapefruit). On the palate fresh, balanced,
with an elegant finish in which the previous aromas
are repeated.
Temperature: 8-10ºC.

CABERNET
SAUVIGNON ROSE
Manual harvest. Maceration 15 hours with two pressings
and controlled fermentation. Cherry red in colour. Intense
aroma of red fruit (raspberry) with sweet confectionery
overtones.
Temperature: 6-8 ºC.

MERLOT
Passes through barrels of American and French oak for
3 months. Cherry red colour with ruby reflections.
Aroma of ripe fruit and notes of cocoa that blend with
the wood. On the palate it is an ample wine, generous
in aromas that follow each other during their evolution
in the glass.
Temperature: 16-18 ºC.

Selected grapes. Maceration 15 days and aging 3 months in oak barrels that confer
complexity to the notes of wild fruits and liquorice typical of the variety.
Temperature: 17-18 ºC.
