WHITE
Made with Macabeo and Moscatel grapes from Alexandria. The flower of the juice
ferments at low temperature so that the wine conserves its fruitiness. Pale
yellow colour, with floral aromas of rose and jasmine. On the palate smooth,
fresh and full-bodied.
Gastronomy: rice, pastas, white meats, sausages, fish, and aperitifs.
Temperature: 8-10 ºC.
Capacity: 75 cl, 37.5 cl and 25 cl.

WHITE
MEDIUM SWEET
Made with Moscatel and Macabeo grapes. Brief cold maceration to strengthen aromas
of the grape varieties and fermentation at 15 ºC. Pale yellow colour. Fruity
aromas (apple) and floral (rose). Generous and ample on the palate a result of
its residual sugars well compensated by an acidity that gives the wine smooth
freshness.
Gastronomy: rice, fish, and seafood.
Temperature: 8-10 ºC.
Capacity: 75 cl.

ROSÉ
Made with Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes. Handpicked. Maceration for 15 hours
to strengthen the extraction of colour and aromas. Fermentation over 7 days.
Bright red current colour. Full nose, with aromas of strawberry and raspberry
and notes of pastry. Balanced on the palate, full and fresh with an elegant
finish.
Gastronomy: tapas, salads, cold cuts, and pastas.
Temperature: 10-12ºC.
Capacity: 75 cl and 37.5 cl. |

RED
WINE
AGED IN OAK BARRELS
Made with Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Aged in barrels of American
oak for 3-4 months. Cherry coloured with redbrick overtones, combining the aromas
of red fruits with the overtones of wood. Elegant and balanced on the palate.
The finish repeats the pleasant aftertaste of fruit and wood.
Gastronomy: Stews, red meats, roasts, and tapas.
Temperature: 16-17ºC.
