Bacasis

BACASIS
Varieties:
50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot
Elaboration: Harvested by hand. Grapes fermented in stainless steel vats at 26ºC. Wine aged in barrels of French oak for 8 months.
Tasting notes: Dark garnet colour. Aromas of red fruits with notes of wood on the palate, which give the wine smoothness and elegance.
Temperature: 16-18ºC.
